So after trying to figure this whole thing out I was finally able to create a blog! I'm super excited. Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I have been married now for 8 years to my wonderful husband Mark. We have a beautiful 5 year old daughter name Monet who does not let there be a dull moment in our lives. Wether it be being vampires to puppy dogs to crafting we always have some sort of fun happening here. Oh and she does not like pillow and blanket sandwiches (my hubby's way of saying a nap). Well anywho the main reason I started this blog was because I have taught bilingual education for 8 years now. I've taught mainly pre-k (4) and k (2) and one year in first- that one was a doozy! Well now I will no longer be teaching in my comfort zone I will be teaching drumroll please........ 3rd Grade Spanish Immersion. I am super excited yet nervous and doubtful at times tht I will be able to survive (I know I will with God's help and all the wonderful bloggers out there). I am blessed to be working at a school that is three blocks from my house and where my daughter will be attending. It was very sad to leave my other school where I felt at home and my wonderful friends-those I won't really leave, but I won't see them as often. Well My journey has begun already as I am creating lots of things for third grade but in spanish! This is really what prompted me to blog. If I create something I want to be able to share with those who teach in spanish and anyone else. Well thts about it ya'll. Hope to hear from ya soon.
